FAQs

How much is a dinner?

5-course: $200/per person

7-course: $250/per person

Can we order both the 5- and 7-course menus for a dinner?

At this time, we ask that everyone agree on either the 5-course or the 7-course dinner. This is due to differences in pacing and portion sizes.

How many people can dine?

Currently, I am taking parties of 2 to 12 people.

Alcohol options?

Currently, I cannot sell alcohol, but feel free to supply your own.

How long does a dinner take?

That largely depends on the experience you’re looking for. The dinner can go as slow as you’d like. Expect at least 1.5 hours for the 5-course and 2 hours for the 7-course dining time.

I will need access to the on-site kitchen 3 hours before the first course is served.

How far out of Billings are you willing to serve a dinner?

Currently, I am sticking to the Greater Billings area. However, this spring I plan to open up to Bozeman, Big Sky, and Rapid City, SD, with an additional travel cost.

Can I use my own silverware?

Yes! Please feel free to use your own Silverware, glassware, and settings if you’d prefer. The only exception is the plates/bowls. The plates have been specifically chosen for what they bring to the dish.

Why not use venison from Montana?

I want to include venison on my menu, given the important role venison plays in our local culture. However, due to regulations, I am allowed to use only farmed game animals. Therefore I source the best farmed venison in the world: Cervena — red stag venison from New Zealand.
